2013 Addison Boosters Golf Scramble

Two Panthers Excel on the State Level
Two of our Panther athletes have achieved lofty status in their sports this spring. Junior Luke Meyer won the Division 4 High Jump with a leap of 6’8. This was the fourth best jump in all classes this year, and reset once again the Addison High School record. His previous best this year was 6’6”.
In softball, Erika Underwood came close to setting a season record for the State in Home Runs, as she ended the season with 17 round trippers. The state record is 18, set in 1979 by Melinda Van Gillis of Pentwater. Erika also set a season record for batting average, and was one of the leaders in the state with more than 30 walks.
